I on the other hand after retiring as the National Program Manager for Lean Maintenance and National Airspace Systems Operations Manager for the Federal Aviation Administration I wasn’t done teaching managers how to grow, learn and listen.

But we’re able to go one step further and train you in Facilitation. This will allow you to go back and utilize what you have learned in the everyday workplace.
Advanced Facilitation
Advanced Facilitation is something that you don’t see taught in the workplace as much anymore. at JTPT Consulting we teach performing this function for Executive Leadership Teams. We have developed training that we can perform for your personnel so that they can be taught to work with your people and eventually construct your own advanced facilitator group
